Back in Hong Kong

my previous post on HK didn't really show much on the kind of food i like besides the curry fish ball sold by the roadside vendors.. this time, i manage to savour some of my all time favourites like the egg tarts and many more.. just have a look here!

my 1st stop was the dessert shop after he usual dimsum breakfast.. a bird nest specialty shop!

these are no ordinary egg tarts... these are bird nest egg tarts!! cool!!!

a closer look at it.. can u see the uneven face of the tart? that's the bird nest!

something more cooling.. a cold double boiled whole coconut with bird nests
